What to include
For a calculation issue, include the page URL, units, non-confidential inputs, observed result, expected result, browser, and any primary source supporting the correction. For accessibility or privacy concerns, describe the affected workflow and assistive technology where relevant.
Security reports
Do not send credentials, customer data, or shipment secrets. Report security concerns privately to security@loadplanlab.dpdns.org. This address also uses receive-only forwarding.
Response expectations
This is a small project with no guaranteed response time or service-level agreement. Valid calculation and source corrections are prioritized and recorded in the project history.
