Calculator formulas, carrier rules, equipment presets, examples, and commercial statements follow separate evidence standards.

Source hierarchy

1. Carrier, standards body, equipment owner, regulator, or vendor primary material.
2. Current official documentation for software and hosting behavior.
3. Secondary research only for market hypotheses, never as the sole basis for a safety or billing rule.

Review and correction

Rule data records a source URL, last-reviewed date, scope, and next review. A changed or ambiguous rule is narrowed, made custom-only, or removed rather than silently generalized. Display rounding is separated from calculation precision.

Examples and claims

Examples are generated from disclosed inputs and are not presented as customers or guaranteed outcomes. Estimates, assumptions, limitations, affiliate relationships, and advertisements must be labeled. Calculated results cannot be altered to favor a partner.

Use the contact page with the affected URL, input, observed result, expected result, and a primary source when available. Do not include confidential shipment data.
